Brandnetic developed new branding, advertising, signage and a responsive website for Lakeside Manor Retirement Residence in Salmon Arm. Phase two featured exclusive amenities like a wine bar, movie theatre, rooftop terrace, spa, private dining, sports lounge and more. Lakeside Manor required strong branding to set themselves apart from the competition along with collateral print materials and distinctive print and digital ads. A responsive website was also key to market this retirement resort property to a generation of seniors becoming more internet savvy. Ad campaign creative focused on gourmet dining, and other upscale amenities that positions Lakeside Manor in a league of its own.
The main goal of doing a rebrand for Lakeside Manor Retirement Residence, was to garner renewed interest as they prepared to launch Phase II.
With 57 suites with wine bar, movie theatre, sports lounge, private dining, and spa, the rebrand needed to reflect the lifestyle that was being presented. This project scope included new logo, signage, bus graphics, presentation folder, event promotion materials, and website to give potential clientele a good feel for the place, and leave them feeling confident in their?decision.
